It's Home Improvement Season!
Many people are hard at work right now looking at what sort of home improvements they want to do over the summer. There are a couple of things that we suggest looking at when you are planning your summer projects:
- The importance of a Spring tune-up or a maintenance agreement. Before turning on that AC for the first time (if you haven't already) it's a good idea to have us come out and do a check-up to be sure that everything is running well and that you don't have any leaks. Prevention of issues can save you money in the long run. You might even consider our annual maintenance agreement so that it will include a winter check-up as well.
- The phase-out of R-22 for equipment made before 2010 is also a factor. If you have an older model air conditioning system, you might want to start considering your options since the R-22 refrigerant is no longer being used.
